This Cookie Policy (Policy) explains how Partymaker Group a.s. uses cookies and similar tracking tools on the website www.partymaker.sk (Website) and in the Partymaker mobile app (App). These Rules form an integral part of the company’s Privacy Policy.
1. WHAT ARE COOKIES AND WHY DO WE USE THEM
Cookies are small text files that are stored in your browser or on your mobile device when you visit our website or use the mobile app. Cookies enable us to ensure the platform functions correctly, to remember your settings and – if you give us your consent – to analyse how the platform is used and to display relevant adverts.
2. SCOPE AND PLATFORMS
We use cookies and other tracking mechanisms on all our online platforms – on the Website and in the App (for iOS and Android) – as follows:
- on the Website, we obtain consent via a cookie banner,
- in the iOS App, we use the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) mechanism,
- in the Android App, we use the Google Consent API.
3. COOKIE SETTINGS
The cookie banner on the website contains three buttons of equal visual prominence – refusing is just as easy as accepting:
- Accept all – you give your consent to all categories of cookies.
- Reject all – you reject all non-essential cookies with a single click.
- Settings – you can grant or withhold consent for individual categories separately.
Technical (essential) cookies operate without consent; analytics and advertising cookies are only activated once you have given your explicit consent.
4. MANAGING AND WITHDRAWING CONSENT
You can change your cookie settings at any time:
- on the website: via the ‘Cookie Settings’ button at the bottom of the page
- in the mobile app: under Settings → Privacy → Cookies
- in your browser settings: most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies directly in the settings
Please note that disabling essential cookies may limit the functionality of the platform.
5. CATEGORIES OF COOKIES AND THEIR RETENTION PERIODS
5.1 Technical cookies
These are essential for the platform to function properly. Without them, it would not be possible to log in, complete a purchase or use basic functions. As their use is essential and usually short-term, we do not ask for your consent for these.
